BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Broward County is preparing to bring the excitement of international soccer to the community through a series of official watch parties. This free event is designed to unite residents, visitors, businesses, and fans through the world's game.
In partnership with the Florida Panthers, Broward County will host four free public watch parties at the Arena in Sunrise, offering residents an opportunity to experience the energy and excitement of international soccer in a family-friendly environment.
"Broward County is proud to help bring the excitement of international soccer to our community," said Broward County Mayor Mark D. Bogen. "These watch parties create an opportunity for residents, visitors, and local businesses to come together and experience the energy of this historic event right here in Broward County."
Parking gates will open two hours before kickoff, and arena doors will open one hour before each match. Attendance and parking are free. Tickets are available through SeatGeek.com or AmerantBankArena.com. Attendees may reserve up to six tickets. The Plaza, outside the main doors of the arena, will host a variety of pregame activities for families, including food trucks, face painting, inflatables, games, and more.
The scheduled watch parties include:
• Friday, June 12, 2026, at 9 PM (USA vs. Paraguay)
• Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 7:30 PM (Colombia vs. Portugal)
• Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 5 PM - Quarterfinals
• Sunday, July 19, 2026, at 3 PM - The Finals
To help residents travel to events with ease, Broward County Transit (BCT) will provide special Park & Ride transportation service to the Arena watch parties and designated match transportation hubs. Residents using a BCT One-Day Pass may park for free at select Park & Ride locations, including Miramar, Sheridan Park, and Broward Boulevard. One-way fares are $2, and riders can pay on board with exact fare or through the RideBCT mobile app. Drop-off for watch party service will take place at the Express Bus Park & Ride lot inside Gate 7 at the Arena.
Additional transit service will also connect Broward residents to designated World Cup transportation hubs serving matches in Miami Gardens, including routes from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, West Regional Terminal, and the Arena.
"This is an exciting opportunity for Broward County soccer fans, families and businesses to take part in this global celebration close to home," said Vice Mayor Robert McKinzie. "We are proud to support experiences that bring our community together while showcasing all that Broward County has to offer."
To expand community partnerships, local businesses and organizations are encouraged to host their own viewing events. Through the community toolkit and public viewing portal, businesses can have access to resources and guidance on how to legally and effectively stream matches for patrons.
