BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Broward County Library is the place to go to learn about and try a range of high-tech gadgets and equipment - for free! Learn how to use various computer programs at in-person or online computer classes. Use your Broward County Library card to check out a GoChip, a small portable device loaded with a full season of a premiere TV show, that lets eight users watch different episodes on eight different devices. If you're a veteran, active-duty member of the military or the dependent of either, you can borrow one of our Veterans Connect Hotspots, which provides free Internet access anywhere, and keep it for up to four months.

We also have Creation Stations at three different library locations: Jan Moran Collier City Learning Library in Pompano Beach; Main Library in Fort Lauderdale; and Northwest Regional Library in Coral Springs. Creation Stations are free community makerspace/gadget labs that feature 3D printers, video and audio production equipment, robotics and more that our customers can come in and use.

You can also learn how to use the latest digital devices and gadgets at the hands-on demos and workshops listed in the attachment at the bottom of the page. All events are free and open to the public.
