BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Broward County Transit (BCT) has expanded and enhanced its transportation services to help customers travel throughout South Florida during soccer's biggest summer, providing convenient, affordable alternatives for both match attendees and fans participating in World Cup Watch Parties at Amerant Bank Arena.
Building on last month's transportation plan announcement, BCT is increasing service in response to community demand, extending its transit footprint further into Broward County. The enhanced offerings include additional transit options for World Cup Watch Parties at Amerant Bank Arena and closer coordination with regional partners like Tri-Rail to maximize access to events.
"Our goal is to make it easier for customers to enjoy this historic moment while reducing the stress associated with traffic and parking," said Coree Cuff Lonergan, CEO and General Manager of Broward County Transit. "Whether customers are traveling to Miami Stadium for a match or attending a Watch Party at Amerant Bank Arena, BCT is providing easy and affordable transportation options that connect Broward County to the excitement."
