Have a Fling With Spring
  
- Seasonal dance for adults with developmental disabilities -
  

BROWARD COUNTY, FL – Spring has sprung, meaning it’s time for the Parks Special Populations Section’s next Spring Fling, for ages 18 and up with developmental disabilities. The free event, presented in conjunction with the City of Sunrise Leisure Services Department, is from 7 to 10PM on Friday, April 20th, at the Sunrise Civic Center (10610 W Oakland Park Blvd., Sunrise 33351; 954-746-9400, ext. 2212). The seasonal dances include deejay music, socializing, and refreshments. Early reservations are recommended, as space is limited.

Future events in the series will be a Summer Social, on July 20th at Tree Tops Park in Davie; and a Fall Frolic, on October 19th, also at Tree Tops. Both are also from 7 to 10PM. Please note that direct supervision of participants is not provided at these events.
