______ YES

______ NO

Some highlights of the newly proposed measure include twenty-seven miles of light rail, additional buses, new fiber optic cable, improved roads and sidewalks, and enhanced traffic signalization. The proposal also includes the creation of an independent review board to oversee the transportation projects.
