Broward County Transit Provides Overnight Parking for 95 Express Bus Passengers

BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. – Broward County Transit (BCT) 95 Express bus passengers with employment schedules that require overnight parking can now park overnight at designated park-and-ride locations at Miramar Regional Park in Miramar, North Perry Airport in Pembroke Pines and Ansin Sports Complex in Miramar.

Overnight parking is another example of BCT’s positive response to passenger input to improve their transit experience. Now, passengers with varying work schedules at hospitals, medical centers and other facilities in the Miami Civic Center area can take advantage of this new overnight parking option for their convenience.

Passengers who park at the park-and-ride locations must register their cars to receive a free overnight parking decal. The parking decal must be placed inside the vehicle to avoid possible towing. Online registration for parking decals is provided by South Florida Commuter Services at

Broward County Transit’s express bus routes continue to be popular with business professionals. In fiscal year 2013, the 95 Express and 595 Express bus service carried close to 500,000 passengers.

Four different 95 Express routes provide a much-needed service from western Broward County to downtown Miami and the Miami Civic Center area. Commuters enjoy a relaxing, cost-saving bus ride that includes free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, limited stops and free parking at one of the park-and-ride locations.
