BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. - Broward County Office of Economic and Small Business Development and the Broward County Purchasing Division invite all entrepreneurs and small business owners to attend the free “How to Do Business with Broward County” workshop scheduled for Tuesday, December 17, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., at the Hollywood Beach Culture and Community Center, 1301 S. Ocean Drive, in Hollywood.

Highlighting the topic “Doing Business Overseas – Export and Import Opportunities,” this interactive workshop will feature representatives from Brazil, Haiti and Italy. The Honorable  François Guillaume II, Consul General of the Republic of Haiti in Miami, will be a special guest speaker.

Participants will get tips and insights on effective ways to capitalize on export and import options for their businesses. Experts from each featured country will share do’s and don’ts of doing business in their respective countries. The event will also include a networking session and complimentary refreshments reflecting each featured country.
