Interested in finding a part-time job, furthering your career or pursuing a new career? Broward County’s Human Resources Division has made the task a little easier by launching a new Twitter site, twitter.com/BrowardCareers. The site will highlight and link to current career opportunities in Broward County Government.
“We are excited to use social media as a way to connect job seekers with career opportunities that exist in County government,” said Kevin Kelleher, director of Broward County’s Human Resources Division. “Our tweets will be timely and feature a wide variety of current openings, including professional, executive, entry level, full-time, part-time and student employment opportunities.”
Broward County is the 18th largest county in the nation and one of the largest employers in the local community, with a diverse workforce of approximately 5,200 employees. The County actively promotes career advancement and professional development, and has received national recognition from the American Heart Association for its workplace wellness program.
