The weekly webcasts of the Broward County Purchasing Division's bid openings have been temporarily suspended, July 11 through August 15, while Broward County Governmental Center meeting rooms are under construction for installation of new audio and video broadcast equipment.

The bid opening webcasts, which occur each Wednesday at 2 p.m. from Room 430 of the Governmental Center, 115 S. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale, can typically be viewed on
broward.org/video. The weekly webcasts will resume on Wednesday, August 22, at 2 p.m.

Members of the public wishing to attend the bid opening meetings in person may continue to do so. Public access to the meetings will continue throughout the construction period. To view the results of the meetings, visit
broward.org/purchasing and click SOLICITATION RESULTS.

The construction project is designed to enhance the quality of audio and video broadcasts from the Governmental Center.
